At least 50 dead, including 29 kids, in Yemen strike

Arab coalition airstrikes Thursday killed at least 50 people, including 29 children traveling on a bus through a market, in Yemen’s Saada province, a Yemeni health official and the International Committee of the Red Cross said. The coalition, meanwhile, said it targeted Houthi rebels who had fired a missile at the kingdom’s south Wednesday, killing one person who was a Yemeni resident in the area. The Houthis’ Al-Masirah TV, quoting the rebel Health Ministry, reported that 50 people were killed and 77 wounded, “mostly children,” though it was not possible to verify that toll.
